I'll never forget that moment on the ski lift.
My phone buzzed. Another sale. From a blog post I wrote months ago.
That single piece of content had just paid for most of my holiday-while I was literally suspended in mid-air, completely disconnected from the ground and work.

One pattern kept emerging: smaller companies believed they couldn't compete with big players in the content game. They were stuck in the "one post at a time" trap, watching their competitors dominate the search results.
So I tested a radical idea: what if we could make an AI writer that made content you were proud of? That helped you get your expertise into the content? And made it easy?
I wanted to make the editor and writer that feels like home for other content marketers.

The T's and C's
1) What’s included & when you get it
All promotional items tied to this Launch Offer-credits, Slack access, call scheduling, and bonuses-are issued on the Launch Date.
2) Eligibility & account
You must have a Penfriend account (Free tier is fine) before the Launch Date so we can allocate credits and bonuses to the correct account.
3) Founders Pack (one-time, non-renewing)
The Founders Pack is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that grants credits and bonuses for 12 months from the Launch Date.
Credits expire at the end of that 12-month period. Unused credits don’t roll over, have no cash value, and are non-transferable.
Slack access and any included calls/bonuses associated with the Founders Pack are available during the same 12-month period unless otherwise stated.
4) Recurring subscriptions started during the launch (not the Founders Pack)
Annual plans: renew automatically on the renewal date at the then-current price for the selected tier unless you cancel before renewal.
Monthly plans: your launch promotional price and any credit bonus are honored for 12 consecutive months as long as your subscription stays active and paid. After that 12-month period, your plan continues at the then-current price for the selected tier and any promotional bonus ends unless we state otherwise in writing.
5) Waves & credit bonuses
Credit bonuses are applied at purchase, based on the wave in effect when payment is completed.

Wave assignments are time-based and not retroactive.
6) “Founder bonuses” and future bonuses
“Founder bonuses” means the bonus items we announce for this Launch Offer. If we announce additional founder bonuses during the launch window, purchasers in that window receive them. Bonus content and formats may vary; substitutes of equal or greater value may be provided at our discretion.
7) Payment, taxes, and failures
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. If payment is reversed, disputed, or fails, we may suspend or revoke promotional items and credits.
8) Fair use & misuse
Credits and bonuses are for your organization’s internal use only, not for resale or redistribution. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
9) Changes & errors
We may update or correct this Launch Offer to fix errors or clarify terms. Changes do not reduce benefits you already purchased.
10) Conflicts & governing terms
These Launch Offer Terms control the promotional elements of this offer. All other use of Penfriend remains subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there’s a conflict, these terms apply to the promotion; the Terms of Service control everything else.
11) Cancellation
